Wanneer u de laatste versie van AhsayOBM (server) of AhsayACB gebruikt (PC/laptop), in beide gevallen 5.5.7.0, kunt u de volgende foutmelding krijgen:
Dit is een bekend probleem in de laatste versie van Ahsay. Ahsay geeft hiervoor de volgende oplossing:

Stop de backup scheduler
- Windows : [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] -> [Online Backup Scheduler (AhsayACB)]
- Windows : [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] -> [Continuous Data Protection (AhsayACB)]
- Windows : Close the AhsayACB system tray icon
- Mac OS X : Run "touch /Applications/AhsayACB/ipc/Scheduler/stop"
Installeer de patch
- Windows : Expand [acb-win-patch.zip / acb-win-hotfix.zip] downloaded to [C:\Program Files\AhsayACB]
- Mac OS X : Expand [acb-mac-patch.zip / acb-mac-hotfix.zip] downloaded to [/Applications/AhsayACB]
Belangrijk is om alleen de bestanden te overschrijven door de nieuwere bestanden over de oude heen te kopiëren, niet door de complete map te overschrijven.
Start de scheduler
- Windows : [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] -> [Online Backup Scheduler (AhsayACB)]
- Windows : [Control Panel] -> [Administrative Tools] -> [Services] -> [Continuous Data Protection (AhsayACB)]
- Windows : Open the AhsayACB system tray icon from [Start Menu] -> [All Programs] -> [AhsayACB] -> [AhsayACB]
- Mac OS X : Run "SystemStarter start AhsayACB"
